I don’t quite remember how long it’s been since I actually saw someone using one of those sewing machines. I do remember playing with that of my grandmother’s back as a little kid though.

It was getting dark, and I had to compensate in-camera to get this shot, resulting in the grainy-noisy looking image. I love it though, so here it is.

  1. I’ve got no problem with the grain in this shot, and I just love how life is lived in such close quarters, yielding opportunities like this.

      Yup, I guess I hit the shutter when he looked up. I later found out one of my former students knew the gentleman. He laughed when my student showed him this photo.

      I’ve yet to see him again…perhaps give him a print of this one and shoot him again. ^_^
